About the Role

Responsibilities: Responsible for managing all referrals, conducting housing assessments, and
helping participant's complete applications for all programs administering through the unit. The
Intake Specialist works directly service providers, including the County's
Coordinated Entry System to link participants referred to appropriate programs.

• Reach out to resources

• Maintain lists for clients and mailing

• Attend events

Requirements

Five years of providing direct case management services to

households at risk of or experiencing homelessness through the following homeless assistance

grants: HOME Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program, CalWORKs Housing Support Program

and Emergency Solutions Grants.
