NPLmH Homeless Prevention program assists individuals who are facing eviction and will become homeless without NPLH assistance.

 

Homelessness Prevention Services are intended to be short-term assistance, up to six months and for those who are imminently and significantly at-risk of becoming literally homeless. NPLH will aid in their housing crisis by giving the opportunities to allow families stay in their safe haven.

 

Target Population:

NPLMH provides services to those who are low income, and at risk of becoming imminently homelessness residing in the County of Riverside.

 

Program Goal:

The goal is for NPLH program to assist participants to remain stably housed after the temporary assistance has ended.

 

Services:

NPLMH provides up to 6 month of rent payments (arrears), legal cost, and Case Management and supportive services required to ensure the success of stable housing.
