Our Community Resource, Referral and Outreach Women's Network or C.R.O.W.N. is designed to facilitate synergistic relationships and serve as a conduit between HDH, our clients, social service agencies, non-profit organizations, and private sectors. 

The goal of C.R.O.W.N. is to provide service for our mothers in need of resources beyond what HDH can provide through its FAD program. C.R.O.W.N. leverages the community connections within Riverside county to offer a robust resource network to aid in HDH's 360 safety-net program.

Cognizant of the barriers single mothers face we refer out based on the scope of and range of need. The Women's Network allows us to refer clients quickly and accurately for a variety of services. Access to the CROWN program is contingent upon enrollment into the FAD program. During the FAD enrollment process, a needs based assessment will be performed to determine the need for additional services and agency referrals.
